Rivian API location issue

Is anyone else using the home assistant plugin and all of a sudden having issues with inconsistency in their location data?

Mine is consistently toggling between unavailable and (home or away). I assumed this was an issue with my HA setup until I tried using the new Chargesmart MA app that provides discounts for home charging off peak.

The data does not consistently show my rivian as charging at home when it is. It will show as charging away.

Turns out this was a tracked issue in git.

Still doesn't explain the smart charge issue.
