It's a great offer. I ordered the new one, and consider my nine months to be a reasonable value for the tiny cost. I replace them at least yearly anyway. Always great to see a vendor give a shit. Also since this is a Hyundai part, does it also fit their EVs?
Thank you for your support and kind words. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve used the old one—just send us a PM with your order ID for the H14 filter, and we’ll issue you a full refund on it.

As for compatibility, we didn't receive any feedback it fits Hyundai EVs.

We recently shared a discount code with our existing newsletter subscribers but in the wake of recent devastating fires we're expanding our 25% off promo to all Rivian Forums readers as well.

Use coupon code FRESH for 25% off all filters (Rivian & Tesla). We've also included our USA Made Evaporator cleaner though I'm waiting on feedback from Rivian service on what their actual recommended procedure is for the R1 lineup. Discount works through Valentines Day.

Anyone have issues with the top half of the plastic housing around the filter being loose? Looks like there is one clip and several male/female slots to align but can’t get mine to “snap” in. It was loose when I went to change the filter and want to put it back better than I found it. Any tips/tricks?

Got it clipped. Climbed into the drink with a headlamp and saw that one of the male-style points was bent so it wouldn’t catch the slot. Probably from 18 months of sitting in the wrong position. Used a long flathead screwdriver to push it into place as I reinstalled the piece. Sits solid now and the trim goes on/off better too.

Our gx470 is a 2007. Found out a couple of years ago that it had a cabin filter. After thousands of off-road miles, it needed a filter change.:CWL:
