YepDumb question but just came to me - does Gen 2 still have the charging "port" for a speaker? Like, behind the drawer?

I plugged mine in and was able to lock it in from the console and I did hear a click. However, is there a way to tell when it’s charged or do you pull it out and look at the actual speaker panel on the device itself?I dont know if others have experienced this, but charging in the vehicle I found the best thing is to also check that the speaker is 'locked' in. You can control this from the settings on infotainment screen. When I was using it consistently during a construction project, I had same issue with it seeming to not charge while in vehicle. I think if it doesnt "lock", naturally it might not have the necessary connection to charge.
But also echo everyone else on here, charge outside of vehicle and have had to constantly forget and repair.
The only way to know it's charge is to hit the light button on the camp speaker itself. The different colors mean different charge levels.I plugged mine in and was able to lock it in from the console and I did hear a click. Seems to be working fine. I’m 75% charged at the moment and when I removed it from the dock, once paired, it connected to my phone. The only way to know it's charge is to hit the light button on the camp speaker itself. The different colors mean different charge levels.
"Check charge level: press the Lantern button x2 • Green = 75%+, Amber = 35% to 75%, Red = <34% "
