Rivian Electric Running Boards Installation/wiring?

Hello. Has anyone attempted to install a powered running board on their 2025 R1S? I purchased one from Hansshow but I have been unsuccessful in getting it to function. Their customer support is non-existent. In particular there is a high voltage green wire and a low voltage blue wire which you are supposed to tap in to, per their videos. I have done so but the unit does not retract when closing the door. It remains extended.

The wiring harness is located behind the passenger footwell panel. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. I updated the firmware on their control box as directed as well. Thank you!

Looking at the “installation manual” I would first go back to where you had to stick a wire into the existing harness and make sure that connection is solid; that method would not be my first choice for a permanent electrical connection.
