They're struggling with western cultural norms. They seem eager to buy positive reviews.

Their subscription is a little comical too. 300 miles per month. Supposedly they'll have an unlimited mileage subscription at 160 per month.

0-60 of 6+ sec, and 369 miles wltp. So like 10 EPA miles. ?

A tidbit I hadn't heard before: Rivian didn't lose any preorders during the pricing snafu.

I thought we may move up the line a bit with at least some backing out during that fiasco.

Anyone who backed out jumped right back in. I am not so sure it was a fiasco! Physiologically R1s became a bargain.

I am not even holding my breath for R1S. At this point I think I am looking at 2024 and if we don’t get nuked by then or a new variant don’t take us down, inflation and shortage will make another price hike necessary. Nothing is guaranteed.
