I hope this hasn't been asked already but how is first guide contact made (phone or email)? I get so many spam calls that I don't answer the phone unless it's someone I recognize.

I hope this hasn't been asked already but how is first guide contact made (phone or email)? I get so many spam calls that I don't answer the phone unless it's someone I recognize.

It's been inconsistent, afaik. I found out about my guide by logging into the Rivian portal. They didn't reach out to me until a few days later, and they did so via text message.

I've heard others have gotten emails or phone calls.
