When the newest Gen 1 update was released, it popped up everyday on my R1S and my phone to update. However, I needed to replace the 12V battery, so wouldn’t let me update.
I got the 12V replaced, but since picking it up from the service center, I can’t seem to get the prompt to update the software (it says I’m up to date). Before calling Rivian to troubleshoot figured I’d ask if anyone has any ideas.
