Maryland Rivian Wall Charger, new in box

I purchased a Rivian Wall Charger with my R1S. I returned the R1S to Rivian today. Sad to do it, but my wife didn't like it. Rivian won't take the charger back. (Strange)

The charger is new in box. I've never cut the packing tape, so it is still a sealed box.

Asking $500 + shipping.

Should have a 90-day return policy on the charger so I would just push them to take the return rather than taking a loss on it (especially since you already returned the truck).

Full policy is available here & and quoted below for easy reference:

Rivian Wall Chargers are eligible for a full refund if returned within 90 days of receipt in the condition you received it.

If you purchase your Wall Charger as part of a vehicle purchase transaction, the 90-day period will begin on the later of the day you receive the wall charger or the day you receive your vehicle. Rivian Wall Chargers that have been installed are only eligible for a full refund if returned within the 7-day vehicle return policy.

We will not deduct shipping or restocking fees from your return credit, but costs of installation services are not refundable. At your request and cost, we can assist with coordinating removal of an installed Wall Charger by a certified electrician.
