Rivian wont recognize my profile

Been having issues past few days with the car not saving seat positions or recognizing my profile. If my wife goes in the car, her profile will come up but won't change to her seat position/steering wheel. If she moves the seat and I enter the car, my profile seating won't restore. Today after multiple calls to rivian support, now the car won't even recognize my profile when I enter. If she was the last to enter and I go in the car, it's still on her profile. I've done hard resets, deleted the app and uninstalled bluetooth. Nothing seems to work. All of this seems to be related to a recent software upgrade that was done. If anyone has any thoughts let me know. Thanks.

No thoughts but having similar problem. After my wife drives the car, it will recognize my profile on the screen but the seat position doesn’t change. I have to switch the profile in the display from her and then back to me for this to work.
I do not remember having this issue before so I wonder if this is a new issue from the last software update.
