Screeching at low speed

So If I’m pulling out of my garage per example, and just kinda hit the gas and let off to cruise out, my trucks screeching, like the sound of brakes that need to be replaced if you will. Anyone have this experience?? I’ve got 9k miles on the truck. Just curious if anyone’s had this issue before I call service center. Only does it at really slow speeds, like crawling.

If your pads are not worn, and they shouldn't be yet, then some have found a sticking parking brake to be the cause of this. Also, if you drive anywhere that you could pick-up any type of road debris, like pea gravel for example, its not uncommon to get something stuck between the pad and the rotor that can cause this type of noise. This used to happen to me every winter when I lived in an area that consistently graveled the roads when icy.

How bout mud lol. Im in the Construction field, and it’s been wet, trucks been covered in mud this week ?

I don’t drive my truck weekdays(Monday-Thursday) but when I do it on the weekends I get a bad screeching noise from the wheels area for the first few seconds.When I looked,the result was…

Maybe you need to take your brakes out to a broadway show and maybe get some action after?
