50/50. If the update is related to the service they will, but otherwise it's a crap shoot.

Yeah they probably won’t apply it unless it’s required by service. Otherwise updates are controlled by owner and installed either manually or automatically.

if you have auto updates turned on it’s possible it could install on its own while in service. The only thing I don’t know is if the auto updates are applied when the truck is in service mode.
