Service Request: Allow us to book same-day wheel alignment service

I wish Rivian would allow us to book same day wheel alignment service. Or allow third parties to perform it.

In the current version, it’s sucks we have to leave our cars at the service center for days, just to get wheel alignment done

I've had my Rivian alignment adjusted at a 3rd party provider. Most of them can get the specs from Rivian

When I called Rivian service, they recommended Discount Tire, Tire Rack, and America's Tire. However, everyone I've heard from lately says Discount Tire/America's Tire is waiting for a software update and isn't currently aligning Rivians. I called around and located a shop with the Hunter Elite Alignment Rack and the spec's to align mine.

I went with a local tire shop and they were fantastic. They were excited to work on a Rivian and were very happy to learn more about it from me. Just call around reputable shops and see who feels comfortable and has the equipment to do a wheel alignment on a Rivian. You can tell very quickly who is down to do it and who wants no part of touching an EV. Might take a while but would still be faster than waiting for an appointment with them.

Rivian has certified an alignment machine, I posted in this thread. You need to find a shop that has one.
