Had the misfortune to "catch a small rock strike" on the front windshield and resulting crack right next to the forward camera front center. Closest service center was in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We live close to the northern border in Idaho. Service Center scheduled us as soon as one week out. They ordered in the window, and "Connor" service manager, was there to greet us at 8:00 am, to be the first in line for a quick turnaround. He estimated the $1820 usd. replacement to be ready by 3:00 pm the same day, and gave us a loaner. Connor was extremely professional and hospitable. Service center was a new facility, well laid out. Car was ready at exactly 3:00 p.m , and they allowed sufficient drying time for the polyurethane adhesives. SC is on the outskirts of SE Calgary, so easy access. We were very pleased with them. Beautiful drive there from Sandpoint, Idaho. 340 miles, a few less than Portland or Seattle. Found two fast-charge stations with CCS Combo plugs that "did the trick" for us. First one was in Cranbrook, B.C., and the second in Nanton, B.C.. The S.C. gave us a charge right there too while servicing. Never saw a single EV at any of the charging stations, or anywhere for that matter...except for a few Rivians at the S.C. P.S., Connor mentioned they would have washed the car, but, adhesives needed to stay dry.
