This is how service supposed to work.
Had my 1st strange issue of 3 year ownership R1S, driving really rough, steering wheel shaking and had weird tick on rotation of tire. Contacted support Sunday, next appt was in May, called to escalate and pushed me to Tues, done by EOD. Provided me enough Uber credit to ride in Black car style both ways.
Tightened up some halfshafts and other related parts.
Drives like it was back to new, all fixed!
