Used - Rivian Wall Connector - Nothing wrong, changing over to a Wallbox Pulsar Plus for it's integration with Home Assistant and my solar system.

Local Pickup Only - Sorry it's bulky and I have zero desire to package up and ship.

Yes I reused a piece of paper my kids were using, it was easier to use that vs trying to find a blank sheet.

I will be driving through Denver in a little over a week from now. Can you tell me how old it is? When it was new in the box, there was a date on the outside label. Not sure if you can recall.

Almost 2 yrs old. I got one with my truck but it broke so they replaced it around 8/2023
