Really bazaar person, certainly needs help.
For those not in the LA area, he was actually sentenced to 5 years for the SoCal instances. He was released after 1 year on parole and part of the release was to stay out of trouble. He now has a no bail warrant out of LA for parole violations so will be returning to SoCal to finish his sentence when he is released in Hawaii.
