I haven't received any updates since July 2024, right after dropping my car off for service for some issue related to tailgate. For version 2024.31.01, I had to reach out to support, and they manually pushed the update 15 days after my Connect+ trial started. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including reconnecting to Wi-Fi, toggling updates on and off, and performing both hard and soft resets, but nothing has worked so far. My vehicle is connected to home WIFI for at least 20 hours a day. I contacted support again today regarding version 2024.35.01, and they scheduled an appointment with a service center, which is two months away.

As a tech enthusiast, I’m eager to get these updates as soon as possible. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to receive updates sooner? This issue only started after July 2024 before that I was one of the first ones to receive the updates. Really appreciate any help in this.

Can you check your router? It’s connected and there’s data being downloaded and uploaded?

Bingo! That was the solution!
Two months ago, we noticed an unknown device labeled as an "iPhone" on our network and blocked it. It turns out that device was actually the Rivian. I'm not sure why the router identified it as an iPhone. I connected to a different network to retrieve the MAC address and found that it was on the block list. After unblocking it, I received the update within 5 minutes.

I can't wait for Rivian to release browser.

Thank you @Mellowyellow!
