Our family had planned a ski vacation in Stratton, VT this past weekend. I had gotten an email that Rivian was going to be there so signed up to demo a tri motor and try out snow mode. They had vehicles on the snow for the public to check out and they had several cars available for test drives. They also had a fun scavenger hunt for Gary plushies for the kids. Only downside was the Rivian fleet took up a lot of the public chargers there (only 6.6kw).
The original email had a picture of a truck drifting in the snow so I had delusions of grandeur but it turned out to be just a calm drive down a snowy road. Everyone was super nice and we had a great experience regardless. My kids loved the dynamic roof and the incredibly clear cameras on the Gen2. They ended up giving us a ton of swag: hats and stickers. If anyone wants one just DM me and pay for shipping.
