Suggestion idea: adding a selectable layer in navigation for live radar

So I lurk a good bit and have seen lots of suggestions for future features but I don’t know if I’ve seen this one yet and I’m curious if anyone else would appreciate it or if it’d be a complete dud.

What are your thoughts about Rivian adding a selectable layer in the navigation for live radar?

I imagine it would be feasible with current hardware and wouldn’t be too big of a lift for the software folks. It arguably plays into the adventuring brand.
I found myself driving through a hellova storm recently and thought- this would be a nice feature to see where the rain band will start/stop.

Yes! Live weather radar would be great. Even better, forecast radar like you can get from OpenSnow/OpenSummit.

If it were free and just a button to press to add it or remove it from the screen, I wouldnt' complain, but it isn't something I would ask them for.

I like the idea, but RIvian would probably have to pay for commercial access to the radar maps.

Would be nice but not too high on my list of adds and I wouldn't pay much for it with the overlap of my phone. Now if they start making a convertible...
