Sullivan Tire experience

I just left Izzy to get new tires. The Michelin Defender LTX Ms2 119s. Also, going to 22".

I am using the location behind the old Higgins Armory in Worcester.

They said they knew what to do. I still showed them how to set the tire service, left the Izzy in Offroad, highest. I also gave them my pucks, after they showed me some rubber things they had to lift the T.

More to follow once I have Izzy back.

The good.

They told me it would not be ready until 4 pm. It was ready at 2 pm or so. They did use the pucks properly.

The "bad".

Somehow there was some confusion on my willingness to pay for an alignment as they changed my rims and put new tires on. So I had to wait for a little while the alignment was done.

Overall, good experience. I would recommend going to one of their locations.

How is the alignment? I have yet to hear about non-rivian shops doing them. And how much did they charge?

The alignment seems fine, but i need to drive some more. I also need to have the system recalibrated from 21" to 22" by Rivian.

It cost a little more than $200.

I think Rivian chrges $250 for alignment.. It would probably come down to convenience for me over driving in Boston..

BTW: In one of the FB groups someone mentioned using the Marlborough location. I forgot exactly what was done.

Also, I specifically asked them if they had the software, metrics needed to align my "T". They said yes. I will know after a few more days of driving around.
