Anyone ever get this message

Usually pops up when I use a Tesla station but it has happened with an EA.

I had my Tesla adaptor replaced. Used three chargers and on the fourth use, it came back.

If it keeps happening, then there's likely an issue with your DC charge pins. They could have gotten damaged from the first case of this happening.
