Spent about 30 minutes speaking with very friendly representative tonight. Answered right away, much better than Ford or other OEMs I’ve called in the past.
I have an issue where I signed up for 90 day Tidal HiFi plus through BestBuy. The access code originally failed and took Tidal and BestBuy a week or so to figure out. In the meantime I thought I had it and signed into R1T. So it shows as the free version at normal bitrate with ads. Once Tidal got my subscription fixed I had to logout of account in phone App and I have HiFi plus. However R1T has no logout available for Tidal, at least for me. Interested if others do. Representative had me do a video and sending over to software team.
Seems I found a do-loop that I can’t get out of. Interesting to be a Beta tester since just added Tidal, and seems RivIan is responsive and he was genuinely interested in fix. He even downloaded and signed up to Tidal to try and help.
anyone have anything similar so far?
