Got it, thanks. I don’t remember anything to say good or bad about the pedal feel during my first mile events and I think I had 3 test drives to get an idea of what wheels I wanted to go with.

One question - I had the wall charger, field kit, and cargo crossbars in my order and got.. none of them today. Is that still normal? I know early on pretty much no one got any accessories at delivery - is that just how it works? I got nothing about when they would arrive, or if they were even coming. So that was a little odd. Followed up with Guide so we'll see what they say.
Panels were great, paint all looked very good (though I have not checked along roofline yet), even the rear hatch was quite good, it sticks out maybe 1/8" of an inch - not something you'd ever give a second glance if you weren't obsessing over it. Only drove about 40 miles today total and no real issues. I did have some slight AC compressor vibration through the pedal, but it didn't last more than 3-4 minutes at any point (typically right after startup) but everything else was seemingly working perfectly.
Definitely could be this. As there has been at least 1-2 releases and possibly they remapped that first part of the pedal travel to allow for a little better control. It's a great thing whatever the reason as I had genuine concern about being able to accurately place the vehicle in 1-2in increments vs 4-6in increments it felt like when I was trying to park the test driver. I just wasn't getting any "feel" for when it was going to move and then it just would and by the time I could react to stop it, it has gone further than I would have wanted. I have no issue at all "feeling" the tip-in point on mine and can feather it pretty precisely. Maybe the "feel" is all in my head due to some throttle remapping. As for the pedal weight, I've had my R1S since October (yep, definitely one of the lucky ones!), and if I recall correctly there have been a couple of software updates that have listed throttle and handling as things that have been fine-tuned. Perhaps that explains the difference you're feeling?
Heck, if you haven't already read through them since launch, it might be fun for you to go through all of the software update release notes that have come out so you can see how much your car has advanced and grown up before making out your way. Those updates are almost like little Christmases each month with what gifts the software folk send us
