I've been wondering about this for a while now and have yet to find a definitive answer.Does anyone have a definitive answer as to what the off-road package shielding offers in practice? I know we have some recent photos of the truck without the package and that others have stated that the difference is not visible (Ie sandwiched between the standard exterior shielding and the battery). I have not gotten any responses from cs other than the canned “it adds an extra layer of protection”. Their marketing says it extends farther over the underside of the car so I thought it would be a visible difference, but apparently not? Would be great to get specs from rivian (Ie psi ratings or crack tip shielding data) but we will probably never see that info. Thx in advance for any info. It may have been covered in other pictures in the forum.
