Traded in Vehicles to Rivian

Has anyone traded in their vehicle to Rivian? If so, were they good about paying off the remaining balance within a few weeks or did anyone run into issues?

Yes, I was super impressed with the trade-in process. Payoff did take an extra week or two to show up in my bank for my previous loan.
