Heya everyone,

I have my proximity locking set to "lock only" while at home but I noticed if I hang around the truck long enough while home it'll randomly unlock itself. I'd expect the truck to not unlock given that scenario.

I have an Android phone if that matters and am on the latest app and OTA version.

I've soft and hard reset the vehicle multiple times to no change.

Anyone else experience this?

Yep, exact same situation, iPhone15. I've been spending the last couple of weeks PPF'ing the truck, and if I'm hanging around between 20-60 minutes it's almost certain to happen at least 2-3x within that time period.

I've had similar issues, mine would stay open all night even after checking option to lock after 2 mins of inactivity. Took it in, nothing wrong with what they can see, guess we have to wait for future updated or big fixes. Issue is the Bluetooth scanning, wish they could limit it, phone is constantly trying to connect.

Thanks. Good to know I'm not alone.

Is there anything we can do to remedy it (or reduce the effects) ourselves? I mean, short of waiting for an OTA update

You can try a soft reset (press the left and right button, next to volume wheels for ten seconds) or hard reset (left button and hazard button for 10 seconds) that helps every so often.
