Unpopular opinion: Rivian shouldn’t be running ads

That’s great, but the R2 isn’t out until 2026. They need to make a more affordable R1S NOW! Hopefully that’s what the shutdown is about.

Saw a R1T commercial on CNBC today (again on YouTube TV).

If Rivian wants to advertise they should get Scott Galloway his car - he talks about being a reservation holder all the time on his podcast. He and Kara Swisher are clearly rooting for Rivian to succeed and you'd think he would talk about his whip a bunch considering how frequently his having order has come up!
