Just curious if anyone else is having this problem. I had a VIN assigned to me - my second one actually, but my first truck was incorrectly shipped to the wrong service center and I was told it wouldn't come back and I had to wait for another truck. Anyway, I digress...
So I had a VIN showing up in the portal, and while working through the 8 steps, the VIN is now gone. And so is the 8 steps. There is no indication that I have a truck assigned to me (except that the graphql query shows that I may still have a vehicleID). After losing my first truck, this makes me nervous. My guide says not to worry, it's just a website / internal software issue. The system they use is going through some updates - and so I'm not the only one.
But... I haven't heard that anyone else has lost their VIN on the portal like this. And as admitted, I'm nervous about it anyway. If it's not just me though, someone surely is having this issue as well (happened to me on Monday 5/23/22). Anyone?
