C and B has that 4.5% buyers fee also. Location may play a role too. I would think Launch green would bring the most bc you can't order a new one with that color.

IMHO putting the transaction cost on the buyer is the way to go when selling.

looks like it sold for 91k and with that buyer's cost is a pretty good price (for the seller). I saw someone on here just "lowered" his/her ask to 96.5k for a LG R1S flip.

Interesting, they were in the mid 80s for final bids for 2 weeks (7/7-7/21) but the last 3 were over 90k

There’s going to be short term fluctuations since it’s such a small sample size of bidders. definitely trending down pretty significantly recently compared to even just months ago when we can still see a few at 100K+

Well I think it’s a great deal but I’m the guy that did it. The build as it is would be $100k plus a 2 year wait. Happy to hear it now and as a launch edition.

latest sold is back down to 85, brand new LE (albeit a not so great color combination imo)
