Weird noise when turning right at low speed

Our R1T has his high pitch squealing that comes as you’re turning right at low speeds occasionally comes on when you’re turning left. It’s been in the shop many parts have been replaced and it still is there. Is anyone else ever heard the sound before we have a quick recording.
They replaced all the brakes and sub frame, steering rack and many other components
