What are these black spots?

Afaik, I’ve not been near any active painting happening. These don’t scratch off and I wonder if it’s from my local drive through car wash. Have them on both sides of the car on doors. 4-6 of them in all.

bonus chips: also unknown what caused it. But seems to get bigger with each car wash. Touch up pen should help?

Do you live in a mild/warm climate? Might be tar. I live in Forida and often get these on my white paint. I use a plastic razor blade and gently pop them off. Sometimes they leave a light tar stain. I use a dot of polishing compound to remove the stain. I hope this provides a remedy.
