Not sure how you all can deal with the ride in "lowest" unless you have pristine roads.
I use AP with either low or Auto, soft damping for most driving. The standard ride height is definitely a ride quality improvement on terrible roads.
When I'm looking to have fun, it's sport/low/stiff. Prior to the "ride quality update" stiff was unusable to me.
Always high regen.
