Yakima windshield wind deflector -- anyone installed yet?

Hello,

has anybody installed windshild (https://www.rei.com/product/102620/yakima-windshield-46) like this on their R1 and does it reduce the rack noise and any impact on the range that noticed.

I used a front runner wind deflector similar to that on crossbars and rhino rack and it helps a little with noise

Thank you! I have my previous Thule wind deflectors and see whether it would work. I love your profile picture and you have a good setup. I need to look up your threads on all the accessories you got there. I could use a setup like that as I build out.

Here is a list of what I have on the Overland Ruff Rax:
23zero 180r awning on rear, with tent walls, mounted on racksbrax xd quick release mounts.
23zero shower enclosure mounted on racksbrax hd quick release mounts.
Spare tire on top of bedrug, secured with modified rhino rack spare tire mount, ratchet strapped to solvefunction heavy duty extrusion tie downs.
Waterport weekender water storage.
Maxtrax on rivian maxtrax mount.
Modified rhino rack ladder mounts and ladder.
Soon rhino rack ladder storage mounts on racksbrax hd quick release mounts (backordered mounts).

When I am not out on an adventure I unbolt the water tank and remove, I take the maxtrax off the mounts, remove the awning and shower enclosure from quick release mounts and take the spare tire off of the rack.

Right now I store the ladder inside the Rivian when on an adventure, but when I have the racksbrax mounts I will have it on the side of the rack near the tire. To get the tire off the rack I will remove the ladder storage brackets from the quick release mounts and slide the tire down the ladder. Reverse operation to slide tire up ladder to get on roof rack.

I notice ikamper makes a wind deflector now. There are options out there. I am in the market for one as well.
