You need an active guide!

Any May-June people without a Guide contact yet... feel free to comment about it here. Just feel less isolated/ignored knowing there are others (many?) feeling the same way right now.

It sure doesn't help AT ALL reading about Non-LE deliveries and people who ordered in Jan 2022!

Yes, it should happen quickly. My experience appears to be an exception. Guide assigned on Thursday, PBA signed Thursday, changed to available config on Monday, 8-step process started/completed on Tuesday, R1T in my driveway Wednesday.

PBA signed a week ago - no sign of a matching R1T LE or otherwise according to my Guide yesterday. I even said I'd be flexible on color and options.

Got a decent offer for my Model 3 from Driveway and leaving for daughters college graduation in AZ next week. Would love to take the R1T but seems I'll be putting more miles on the Tesla.

I got guide assigned with 8 step process but need some information, like mileage for financing and not been able to get my guide to respond for last 2 days. Tried every thing even CS but no response. How do I escalate it?

I have run into the same with my guide. I need my lender address added on Line 22 of the purchase agreement and it has been 2 days of no response ? I got a text or two at around 1030pm last night but he was not able to make the changes and stated he would have it as his first agenda item for morning. I left two voicemail this afternoon after 12hrs of no response, and still no response. Very frustrating to be able to get everything done but a piece that requires Rivian interaction and radio silence.

yes, process moved very fast after guide contact! Delivery scheduled tomorrow! I am just a little excited.

I got anxious today and called my back-up guide as my regular guy is on vacation this week. He told me last week nothings was local or in California to match my config.

Spoke with her and told I'd accept a couple different configs. She made notes andwas very helpful and said she should have better visibility later this week.

Then... she calls me back 10 min later and says they have my config local (except for the spare tire- which they can order)!

Awaiting the paperwork to get this party underway!!
