If you're suggesting that the truck is an out of state visitor.. that still doesn't explain the fact that it has no reg or ins. stickers on the windshield? Unless there's a state where you can literally drive around with just a rear lic. plate and nothing else the only other logical explanation is it's a "manufacturer plate" truck.

If it's a NY non-government vehicle, then it's missing 3 out of 4 things legally required to be on NY roadways.

In Michigan you don’t need any of those things on your windshield. Just a license plate with a sticker on it.

LOT's of states don't have stickers required in the window. Every state I've lived in (several) have just had license plates. Some don't even issue front plates.

A thousand is a lot more than expected since January and February combined was expected to be around 1600 or so (600 in January and at least 800 in February if you take the 200 per week).
Glad there are more R1S sightings, now if they could just provide the manual, interior dimensions and video/photos of the third row I would be happy!
