I know it's probably not your fault, but I can't pay 83 dam thousand before taxes. I tried to hang it at 70 hoping Brandon would kick in the 12k point of sale credit, but looks like that ain't gonna happen. So I tried, I really wanted to help save the planet like you promised we would, but I can't bankrupt myself to do it, sorry. So it's an old diesel and a boat for me and to hell with the planet. Unless you have your own spacecraft you ain't gonna make it anyway. So I won't be transferring or selling, just gimme my grand back so I can start shopping. Maybe having stock will help... looks at price. Nope bye. ??

Also, you bet your ass Rivian monitors these forums. We've already heard multiple comments to that effect.

Additional source: am tech company dood. regularly read/compile reports on sentiment across twitter/reddit/forums/wherever.

Really? Show us concrete evidence of this? Not speculate or wishful thinking. I for one, DO wish they'd do monitor the boards with 100% assurance, but nothing proves this otherwise.

Daft? I'm not the one starting a thread with "Dear RJ ..." on a forum he likely doesn't visit. Anyone want's to "dear RJ" then go directly to him. Zero point to address something to him if it doesn't come across his eyes. I get the grieving part. Hell, I even sympathize with the OP for the situation is a major damper on anyone.

Folks have mentioned here several times that their Guides and other Rivian folks specifically referenced forum discussions. I believe it even came up in RJ's interview video at the First Mile event a while back.

No, I'm not going to dig around for transcripts. If you don't believe me I don't actually care, I think we've exhausted the topic for the purposes of this thread :)

I forwarded my dissatisfied email to these addresses. I suspect they'll be auto-filtered to spam, but I had to try.

I haven't expressed anything negative about Rivian to date, but that must change now. After more than three years of waiting, and being in my completely-made-up/BS delivery window, we're being asked to pay a steep price increase. Did the people that received deliveries yesterday (yeah, I know, probably nobody in that category) pay this adjusted price?

I wish there were some way to collect interest from Rivian for wasting my time and holding on to my $1k.

Time to see what that ID.4 really looks like. Or time for a second Tesla. Either way, I'm very disappointed.
