That's awesome. Mine is in the march/april window too. So been refreshing and trying not to bug my rep. But really ready to get this thing going. I sold my GMC this week. So it for sure better be really happening this time!

I have a strong suspicion that the dedicated "guide" is not scalable and they'll get rid of that in the next year. Personal touch is great, but a dedicated person versus a pool of people is a scaling nightmare.

Same here... going to peel stickers off of the back of my Ridgeline window, give it one last wash, try and fix the power steering groan by replacing the o-ring, and slap it on Craigslist this weekend! The offers I got from Carvana and Vroom seem to suggest they don't think as highly about my piece of shit Ridgeline as I do. Gonna miss that truck, we've been through a lot...

FWIW, the finishing steps are stuck for everyone right now on the final document review stage. Apparently having some problems with the 3rd party that helps with the documentation. So close to the finish line, but not finished yet.
From our guide:

I have them checking into that! Seems the issue with the contracts step is tying into that for multiple other affected orders right now so the teams are working on the fix for all. So sorry guys of course right once we get to the fun stuff this happens!

I just reached out again to see if they have an ETA for us!

No ETA currently so feel free to take a break for now. The teams said they will reach out when they have a fix, and I'll contact you from there. Thank you for your patience!

I haven't even heard of them before today! Already forgot their name.
Me either. My employer always used Adobe Echosign and I never had a problem (other than customer user error) sending or receiving contracts via Salesforce. If a customer was ready to sign a contract the entire thing could be done in 5 minutes or less.

Hard to say if it's actually an issue with the provider or Rivian's site. I'm seeing errors on other pages too:

My best guesses are either 1) they're making code/systems changes related to the pricing kerfuffle and this was collateral damage, or 2) this is unrelated to the pricing kerfuffle but the engineers getting paged about it are already in the pricing war room and unable to give it their normal level of attention.

Someone else had mentioned that their guides track orders with Salesforce, so whatever you're seeing on the website is probably just a plug in that does a push/pull of data from your Salesforce record, which is where the contracts would live as well. It's possible if they are doing something with whatever plug in they use for their product catalog to fix Pricegate it could cause a problem with the contract automatically generating.

God... This would be like running a marathon.

You spend months and months training, (ordered the R1T in 2019) and building up excitement for race day. Then the race starts, (get your first notice of delivery) and you know the finish line is there, but still far away. At the 13.1 mile mark they tell you that you're getting closer (but the date has now changed to November)...then you hit mile 20 and CRASH into a wall (They tell you your cost just went up 20 grand) and you don't think you can make it.
Then, you break thru that...get past mile 26 and can see the finish line ... and they say ... WAIT!!!!

OMG, you just can't make this up.

(Hopefully my attempt at humor worked...)
