Mine is stuck there too. Thought it was because they haven't verified my DL in step 5 yet.

I would contact your guide. I had similar problem with insurance and she got involved and set things up outside of the normal website. She was super helpful and communicative as far as that stuff goes.

I've just gone through everything too, paying cash so easy deal. Step 7, Payment, shows N/A for everything...and I imagine it's doing that because the docs in Step 5 haven't been verified yet. Hopefully, that'll be completed soon!

I added the VIN to insurance (not going through Rivian)...so they better now deliver quickly since we're technically paying for it on the policy.

Same spot...I'm sure they are verifying DL and Insurance card........patience....(haha)

Insurance Card was already approved on their end, which was really fast!

Guide says known issue with the payment section. They are working to resolve.

No guide has been assigned to me yet. Just had a chat with CS and she promised I was still in the March/April slot and a guide would be contacting me very soon to start the 8 step process. April 2019 pre-order. RIT in launch green with black mountain interior and black 20's (originally reserved an R1S). Spare tire, cross bars, field kit and wall charger.

I LOVE seeing all the action on this thread and forum with deliveries and pending deliveries!

It's always been there for me after I submitted everything. Insurance was approved, DLs are pending.
