Any "March-April" delivery people contacted?

I’m in NorthEast Louisiana. I had guide contact last Friday the 11th, I instantly got my PBA and signed it and sent it back in and got confirmation. Tuesday my guide called and said that they didn’t see I had do the PBA, I sent screen shots to her of everything on my end and they accepted that. Yesterday my 8 step opened and I got all that done and wired the money. This morning they still didn’t show the wire but I sent confirmation of the wire on our end and they pushed it on through.
Long story short, 1 week from initial guide contact until the process was complete. My delivery is scheduled for Wednesday the 23rd. It’s going to come out of Dallas and that’s 4.5hrs from me so I’m assuming it was difficult to schedule that delivery.
In the end it will be 12 days from Guide contact until delivery and I’d assume I’m about as far from a service center as just about anybody. First Rivian in the state of Louisiana which is pretty neat.

What do you mean by pushed it on through? Is it still pending approval, but they opened Step 8? Or they marked it as approved because the confirmation was good enough….

Edit: My Steps 5&7 have officially been marked as approved. Wire was sent yesterday after cut-off (confirmation uploaded right after). Bank shows it as a pending transaction on my end, but I assume Rivian has the $ now.

Basically that was good enough to allow scheduling of delivery which she did for me because I’m so far away the system wouldn’t allow me to schedule.

Anyone stuck at Step 7/8 and not getting much intel on delivery date? I paid for the vehicle already. You would think that we can schedule delivery once we paid for the truck. I'm hearing I'm still a March/April delivery....how is that possible when I already paid for the truck? Shouldn't they have better insight on when the truck will be delivered?

I agree…I’m in the same boat, and it is frustrating having paid for something you don’t even know the location of. My guide isn’t able to tell me whether my truck has just left Normal or is at the SC!

I emailed Customer Service and my Guide.....really bad process that needs to be fixed.

You order something from Amazon Prime, and it tells you how many stops away the delivery driver is…Rivian needs to do the same!

I would be refreshing that screen every 5 min waiting for the infamous step 8 to open up! Excited for you, though. Any day now.

I'm in the same boat, but I knew as of Wednesday my truck is at the Phoenix Service Center....all paid up....and not any kind of communication....seriously, we all know that the processes in Rivian are subpar at best in communication and transparency.....geeeez....
