I have not received an email either. Checked my spam folder too and it’s not there.
No email either, but my configuration is already locked with the pre-March first pricing restored. Maybe their email system is leaving out those that are already restored?

At 45K spot, and 15K a year, my window is likely to move to Silverado territory. I think part of the reason for Friday love letters is to keep us around long enough to make the sale but as number of post March reservation increases the value of pre-March folks diminishes. But I have a feeling if Rivian sticks with their price guarantee, it will be a better deal than Silverado in mid trims. I just hope if they plan to break that promise in some form, they don’t wait until last minute to share it.

Value of knowing what day it is, is overblown by folks that have not tasted retirement.

I consider the Friday thing a welcome improvement. I would be even more impressed if they ask us what kinda communication we care about rather than randomly shooting something to the cyberspace. I want an educational piece in each one. The big deal about R1 is the suspension and drive modes. I want an animation showing exactly what software and hardware do when each drive mode and setting is selected during various driving conditions. Rivian is thinking we think hard so you don’t have to. They underestimate how many owners want to know how their toy works.

For being head of customer engagement, Mr. Caravano is certainly a man of few words. I'm not reading too much into "going forward," as it may just be filler so the email isn't a single sentence. :-D

Since they collect the money sometimes days in advance of getting a vehicle, I think his wallet would be crying.
You could flip it for a sizeable profit with that early of a delivery.

I didn't get any email, but also took delivery today and got a bunch of emails and notifications from them. I dug through again and didn't see anything. Got a pic or script?

Next week and second quarter are not mutually exclusive. Friday in particular is next week, 2nd quarter and April Fools, what could go wrong?

I got Tony's Friday emails, but I don't expect updated delivery estimates next week. Those are pushed to the second quarter. Here's an excerpt from a CS email that I received yesterday (3/24):
"Our goal was to have this new account page feature live by the first quarter of this year, however with the pricing increases and the work that our developers have put in to honor original pricing and configuration, this has been pushed to the second quarter."
