I'd like to know how well the air compressor works for
  1. inflating a SUP from zero, and
  2. inflating bikes tires - road, gravel, and mountain. include tire size, starting PSI/BAR, ending PSI/BAR, and time to inflate.
Thanks! :)
I can’t test this now because mine isn’t working but I will go ahead and answer anyway:

1. It will be slow, it’s just not going to have the air flow to do a SUP fast. What I do with my SUP (pre R1T) was use the hand pump until it gets difficult and then I throw a Dewalt portable compressor to do the hard bit.
2. It will be fast, if it can do a car tire reasonably then a bike tire shouldn’t take more than seconds.

What's the length of the front seat cushion in the R1? Here's the measurement I'm looking for:

Has anyone driven both a quad motor and a dual, and could comment on differences in noise levels at highway speeds?

I've seen 1% or less the last couple nights. I'll be sure to watch it though
Update on vampire / phantom drain.

It's been sitting a couple days in a 50s F garage while I was on duty. It was less than 1% each day, showing 1 mile loss each day... Until I got in to bring the height up to access my wheel wells. Between leveling it from low to high, lights on and off, using the flashlight, opening frunk, etc... I went from 68% and 198 miles to 63% and 187 miles in Conserve.

That's weird, right?

It looks like the numbers update in some odd manner @OutofSpecKyle noticed that after they would disconnect from the charger it would still go up for a bit. Might be that the vampire drain was bigger but did not fully update until it woke up.

I can confirm my R1T will go up a % or two after fast charging as I drive away. Observed this all three times I have used an EA faster charger.

Weirdly today it went up 1% as I was leaving the Hood River Walmart parking lot then 1% more as I got to I84.

If I can piggyback on the above, can any owner relay whether the air compressor is capable of being used to blow out the bed or be used for any other "blowing" function. Unless there's some kind of compressed air tank, I would think this unlikely but I hope I'm wrong.

Thanks for the info and for answering all of our questions...
I knew the @godfodder0901 would have my back on this! Disappointed by the results, but hopefully a little software update will enable direct USB-C connection in the future ?

Not an owner et, but I tested this at the Hub. It's possible but not impressive. The volume of air isn't enough to be very effective for large spaces, but it can be useful for cleaning corners and such.

Is there anyone who has their R1T that didn't get the spare tire from Rivian? I was hoping for a photo of the spare tire well so I can see if we can buy aftermarket spares and tools and secure them in the well.

How much do you think an aftermarket wheel + tire + tools would cost? Is it really worth the savings?

My thought is I don't even buy an aftermarket one since i'll be mostly paved road driving. I don't want to limit myself though if I find that I take it more off road than I think I will.
