Got my Guide, but the email subject threw me for a loop...

Yesterday I received an email from Rivian, the subject was "Charging Your Rivian On the Go". I *almost* deleted it without taking a closer look, assuming it was another random marketing message. As it turns out, this was the message introducing me to my Guide and prompting me to schedule my first call - so I'm glad I didn't delete it!

So if you're in an upcoming delivery window, be on the lookout for messages with a misleading subject. I'm still trying to figure out why they would do this, my first guess is that it was just an error.

I received the same email. I sent a note to my guide suggesting they talk to marketing/software and fix that.
Also, I got it 2 days after guide was assigned and 1 day after my call with guide and signed PBA.

John - it's funny to read this because the exact same thing happened to me - I ignored the email all day and was surprised to see much later that it was a guide outreach email!

Related question - what have others seen as far as the timeline for delivery after the initial guide outreach?

Yeah I don't see my guide assignment in my account either, but I was able to schedule an intro call for Thursday morning.

That email must have used a rivian.com email address, right? That's what I scan for.
