Yesterday I received an email from Rivian, the subject was "Charging Your Rivian On the Go". I *almost* deleted it without taking a closer look, assuming it was another random marketing message. As it turns out, this was the message introducing me to my Guide and prompting me to schedule my first call - so I'm glad I didn't delete it!
So if you're in an upcoming delivery window, be on the lookout for messages with a misleading subject. I'm still trying to figure out why they would do this, my first guess is that it was just an error.
