Many thanks for that information. I was able to determine that I have a vehicleId assigned. Hope this means progress!!!!

I think so. I'm hoping to cruise over to the Denver SC after I wrap up work and see if I can spot my actual truck. Living 10 minutes from the SC has it's perks!

Alas, I did not spot my vehicle. Spoke with my guide this morning due to questions on the tax calculation on my buyers agreement, and she let me know that my truck has left the factory on transport, but not yet arrived in Denver. Hopefully by the end of the week. My step 8 will not open up until it's been delivered to the Denver SC.

Huzzah! 8 steps opened for me this morning. Delivery is still locked.

8 steps received this morning, I completed them according to my guide by "having the record for fastest completed purchase process of any of my customers Quinn! Holy cow!"

Then he asked me if I was okay with a delivery tomorrow. I was SHOCKED! Then he followed up saying "It looks like it is still here in Normal, IL so it is very likely we will have to push that delivery time back, but I'll do a quick check any way." ?

No firm delivery date yet. Guide said SLC Service Center will reach out to him once they get the car and then he'll contact me to schedule delivery. Hoping for "early-to-mid next week" according to him.

I'm skeptical, but hopeful. VIN 3031.

Does anyone know how long it takes from getting assigned a Vehicle ID to getting the 8-steps? Checked this morning and finally have an ID assigned!

Don't waste your time. I had vehicleID = null after midnight last night, but received my 8 steps this morning at about 8 am. In theory I could pick up tomorrow. So it was not at all a reliably piece of info for me.

Yeah, it's interesting. Mine is <1500 and picking it up Saturday.

Reading all these delivery window threads, Rivian appears to be launching R1Ts out en masse this week.

I fully expect to be offered a pre-earnings call pre-May 11 delivery time, but we will see.

I am really wondering if this has to do with earnings as earnings are really for the period through 3/31 - that being said it's easy to see them giving an update "we delivered x in q1 and midway through Q2 we've already done y and expect to do z more"

I got vehicleId assigned on Tuesday. Guide checked in with me via text today and mentioned the truck was matched to me, however it still needed to get through manufacturing checks before the VIN would generate in my account (which is also when the 8 steps begin!).

I'm not the least bit jealous. Not the least bit .. as I wait for my step 8 to unlock ?.

Update - One afternoon with my 8steps and I have everything done except one minor hiccup. My lender requires their address listed with their name on the purchase agreement and I have not been able to get my guide to respond via sms, voice call and voicemail.

I also got invited to complete my purchase process today. Got a VIN, and am already through the first 7 of the 8 step process. Just waiting on delivery scheduling at this point.

I can't believe it's finally happening!

Quick Update: Reached out to my guide who tells me that it's on the way to the delivery center now. She's going to check again tomorrow to see if it has arrived. Once it gets there we'll start talking about delivery schedule.

So the 8 steps unlocked for me this morning... I got through step 2 for the appraisal on the trade-in, then came back to it a few minutes later and the steps are gone now and I'm back to just a regular configuration screen. ?
