I had a VIN assigned and the 8 steps opened, but they lost my truck. It didn't make it on the load headed to Bellevue and instead went the wrong direction. So MY truck is going to be some other lucky person's new vehicle - and I have to wait for them to find me another one.

Keep the faith brother. You might have a ways to go yet. My pre order was may 2019 I didn’t think about it much until about 6 months ago. Now I’m obsessed I can hardly work. Rivian is a VIP in my contacts so if they email it shows up on my watch and I still regularly check my inbox and junk mail just in case. It’s pathetic or pathological, you decide.

So drove by the Bellevue SC this AM (because I’m that obsessed) looks like they have at least 75 R1Ts on the lot. Including one that matches my build. Sent the pic to my guide. Who replied “That actually might be your truck”. Still waiting for 8 steps. Which he originally told me should open today or tomorrow.
