Will do - time for them to take this Mach E. I hope all goes well and if I do get it soon, that i don't face issues that other people have encountered (panel misalignment, etc).

I just changed my wheel choice from the 21" to the 20" and I'll be interested to see if that affects a change.

I honestly and truely hope that works for you, but I'm not seeing strong evidence there's a correlation with sooner deliveries and wheel size. There seems to be plenty of claimed deliveries with 21" wheels and plenty of SC photos of R1Ts with 21" wheels. Unless I'm forgetting something, the only obvious configs to avoid are ones with OC interior and Max battery.

Just from pictures I've seen of delivery centers, the regular 20" AT wheel seems to be the most common configuration.

@Sgt Beavis @AllInev Yep, I'm with you! I will have to buy a truck NLT than 4 July. If I hear back from Rivian by then- great, if not then when the Rivian arrives will have to compete with a very nice ICE truck at 2/3 the price!

I see it as a minimal risk situation. There are most certainly far more 20" wheels out there than 21" (likely due to the free upgrade) at this phase so I can't see a scenario where changing to 20" pushes me back in line. If I get a guide assigned and it turns out wheel selection has little or no impact on delivery timeline I can still change it back to the 21."

I hope you right! But must be insanely frustrating to people who ordered in 18,19,20 to see late 21 and even 22 orders delivered.

Very strange! My guess is that FE/RC is very rare and they just haven't made any. I have this theory that they are making configs based on demand and shipping them to service centers before any customer assignment.

Received a Guide this afternoon. Right after the email came out regarding confirming configuration from account. Have a call scheduled for tomorrow around lunch time with guide.

Man I get hopeful and then discouraged at the same time. My mind has been accepting of Oct to Dec but more and more people are getting theirs eariler.

Two people in the Colorado Rivian FB Group with the exact same build and options as mine R1T/Adventure/FG/BM/ 20" AT got guides today. One of them placed their reservation in January of this year.... We tried to speculate but with the same exact build as them, an older reservation, and I'm closer to the service center (within a few miles). I'm not quite sure why some of us are getting skipped over.

Maybe it's naïve but after seeing others getting theirs earlier based on more common options, I was hoping to get mine before some of the Overland Expo shows (end of Aug) and more importantly to me was hoping to get some camping in with the truck before winter.
