Helps to see a little behind the scenes action and could give you a little extra information your guides may not share or even see. Below is mine. Mine is basically the same. I supposedly have a VIN assigned and a truck in production, but not 100% sure what to believe anymore as it's been 4 weeks since I was given that info. sOOn.

Yea, I had a delivery date and everything then was stupid and thought I’d try my luck at swapping wheels.

@dotlinetriangle did a guide match you a while back or did you go through the shop. That matches mine exactly but I had delivery scheduled and then changed wheels and haven't been matched to a new truck I'm assuming the statuses can't be reversed since it would appear I'm still waiting on delivery, which I'm not...I'm waiting to be matched.

I matched with a guide the day before the shop went live, so I'm not sure if my experience is relevant or not.

Mine has never changed from this. Despite being assigned a guide, talking to him Monday, finishing 7 of 8 steps (waiting to finish paying them), and having delivery scheduled for Wednesday or sooner.

Did you cancel in March then restore your order? It's possible the data you are looking at is from your original order, and when they restored it they created a new entry other than the one you are looking at.

Yes I did. I'm sure they've created a new entry, but this is the only thing that shows up when I look at the code - but I wouldn't be surprised if I just don't know what I'm doing

@metroman99 so not through the shop at all? On the call, did the guide seem to have visibility into what was available? My guide claims she can no longer see what's available and the only way to be matched right now is through the shop

Nope, no shop talk at all. I basically just confirmed that what I had preordered was what I wanted. He told me my 8 steps should open within 6-8 weeks, but he thought it would be more like 2-3 weeks. They opened 4hrs later
