OP as well as any of us would want one of those in R1 anyway. 12V battery dying in R1 is much worse than it is in an ICE.

Won't do you any good if you can't unlock the doors/gear tunnel/etc to get to it.

Since the front trunk has a manual release, you can store your jump pack in the front trunk (optionally hooked up to a battery tender via the 12v outlet there).
