They were never servicing vehicles in Dallas (perhaps minor stuff that was equivalent of a mobile visit, but they don't have full equipment/shop), that was only a delivery staging center. Houston was/is the only SC in Texas. Austin is basically open, but not quite taking appointments just yet.
Maybe the service center is playing major role, other locations have seen a few.
Well they closed on the land last fall, submitted permits a few months ago with a stated start date of 7/1 (which doesn't actually have to happen, that's an earliest it can happen date) and completion I think of late this year. However, that clearly won't happen, but I'm thinking perhaps this time next year, or late 2023.
