End of Summer Update? Still no delivery window

I know that technically the "end of summer" is Mid September, but for most Americans we all feel that "end of summer" is end of August when kids go back to school.
I never received an updated delivery window in June, nor did I receive one in July, but was told by "end of summer"...
I only try to connect with my guide every 3 weeks just to make sure I'm still in the queue and I don't want to be a pain.

Is there anyone else with a 2018/2019 R1S reservation still waiting on a delivery window. Trying not to feel like the last kid picked for a team on the playground... but feeling a little left out ?

I asked about a delivery window update on chat yesterday and told "it would be coming in a few weeks" but that's it....I don't even have a delivery window at this time and changed from R1S to R1T at the beginning of the year.

2/21 reservation here and not a peep. I have the OC interior configured so that doesn't help. I sent Rivian an e-mail to get some help with an estimated delivery window.

Chat support told me that they are targeting end of September for EDDs to go out. I expect my late 21 R1T preorder will be middle to end of next year.

Not directed at you but I'm always perplexed by the huge number of people who reach out to chat support or by email for more info on delivery dates. They simply do not have that information and if they do, will not be willing to share it with you. When Rivian wants to share that information, they will send you an email update. Patience my friends...

I am expected a typical corporate response from Rivian but you never know.

I had my First Drive in May and apparently no correlation with a delivery date.

but...my reservation was placed 11/2021, so that means I probably won't see delivery realistically until 3rd-4th quarter 2023 correct?

just how fast of a ramp up are production (and delivery) occuring at Rivian?

i have a taycan coming this december but may back out of it if the collective thinks R1S production will ramp up sharply.

Nobody but an Rivian insider can provide a real answer.

Many reservation holders call it the Rivian lottery. A lot of early reservation holders still have not received a vehicle while some late reservation holders have already taken delivery.

I expect that they will be 2 weeks after the deadline that the explore people were given to reconfigure or cancel. Which I think was 9/16.

That gives them time to plan out how many cancels they get from it and determine time frames

That is not necessarily true. No one really knows, but it seems Like who gets their R1 is not just based on order date. If you look at the spreadsheet of deliveries to forum members, I counted 53 people who ordered in Q4 2021 or later and have already received their trucks.

1/19 Same config with 21" and no info yet, they moved me from early Q2 22 window to early Q1 23 during the last shuffle. Recently my guide said that with OC in the clear I should soon see the light at the end of tunnel ?

The bolded makes no sense to me. I can't imagine there aren't 53 people with earlier reservations and the exact the same configurations in the same localities.

R1T deliveries were never supposed to be done before any R1S deliveries, they just started with the R1T. R1S was supposed to start around 3 months after R1T started, it is a little behind that.
