Anyone With September to October Not Have A Guide?

Starting to get a bit nervous, seems like lots of those with November/December/January delivery windows have begun taking delivery.

My updated window is September to October, however I still do not have a guide. I have chatted with the CS team several times and been reassured I should have a guide within the next couple of days, multiple times, over the past couple of weeks.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

If it makes you feel any better I was in the same situation. I pinged chat approaching Sept and was told to wait. When Sept hit I did it again..nothing. Then yesterday I got about a dozen emails from Rivian, it's time, confirm the config, start my 8 steps, assigned a guide, guide reached out, etc.

It's quite a whirlwind.

Gotcha, Definitely does make me feel a bit better, this seems to be the way I shod expect things yo go. Everything at once I guess. Congratulations as well!

Yup, it was actually yesterday morning that I even made a comment to the Mrs. 6-8 weeks is Oct 19-Nov 2nd and thought there's absolutely no way I'm still in the Sept/Oct delivery window.

Hopefully this will give you an idea...

Initiation: Configuration Ready to Confirm
4 min later: It's time to being the purchase process
17 min later: A seamless Process to Purchase Your Rivian
35 min later: Rivian has added you as a Signer to "Rivian Purchase Agreement"
5 min later: Signing Completed
1 hour later: Guide reached out for introduction & vehicle status (finalizing production)

Timing varies but it could be "as early as next week"

Talk about a turnaround. Hopefully you hear soon!

Going on a limb here...but I'm pretty sure he ordered an LE R1T...would be nice to see an updated signature from folks such as ours so we wouldn't have to ask - cough cough!!! (@Yellow Buddy)

Happy to meet up with you in person but I generally try not to reveal too much about my vehicle on forums...long story. I believe we may be pretty close to each other.

I've got an adventure trim coming, at the time it was the cheapest configuration for me as I had no interest in the LG color, the 20" wheels, the off road package, etc. I've changed configurations so many times, at one point I had an explore, one point it was a max pack, etc. Relieved I'm finally locked as I was still playing with it just a couple days ago.
